The execution gap
Most transformations don't fail on strategy. They fail between the decision and the delivery.
Leadership teams rarely lack ambition or technology. What they lack is a clear view of what is ready, who owns the outcome, and which controls have to be in place before anyone acts.
AI ambition without decision ownership
Use cases multiply, pilots run, but no one can say which decisions AI should support, who is accountable for the output, or what happens when it is wrong.
Finance programs that drift
EPM and ERP initiatives slip on scope, design and adoption. Usually the cause is the operating model and governance, not the platform.
Governance on paper, not in operation
Policies exist, but evidence, override rights, monitoring and audit trails do not. The control gap only surfaces when something goes wrong.
Advisory
Three practices, one discipline: connect value, governance and execution.
Finance Transformation
CFO agenda, operating model and enterprise performance management, including Oracle EPM and ERP programs from strategy and platform selection through design assurance.
Finance TransformationAI Governance & Transformation
Practical governance for enterprise AI: decision ownership, risk tiering, authority levels, controls and adoption, mapped to the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF.
AI GovernanceProgram Advisory & Recovery
Independent oversight of complex programs: health checks, executive governance, vendor and integrator oversight, scope assurance and recovery of initiatives that have gone off track.

Principles that hold under executive scrutiny.
Outcome first
Start from the business decision and the value at stake. Then build the roadmap, and make technology serve the strategy.
Governance before configuration
Agree how the function should operate, and who owns what, before anyone configures a system or deploys a model.
Evidence over assertion
Separate what managers say from what is documented and what is observed. Recommendations rest on what is demonstrated.
Execution discipline
Every finding ends in a decision, an owner and a timeframe. Progress is reassessed rather than assumed.
